    1、用途
    本机适用于高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）、低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）以及聚丙稀（PP）塑料薄膜的封切，是生产塑料背心袋、平口袋的最佳设备。广泛用于食品、服装、纺织、工业等包装，同时可封切降解塑料袋。
    2、特点
    1）采用红外四光控全自动送料，双层自动制袋、自动计数、自动显示，可任意设定张
    数，速度快捷，性能稳定可靠，出料齐整等多方面优良特性；
    该机设有光电自动控制送料装置、自动恒温控制装置、静电消除装置、自动计数及报警讯号装置和自动输送整袋装置，明显提高生产速度。
    2）设计新颖的封切装置，特种钢制成的热切刀，锋利且难磨损，封口压力调整便捷，
    封切装置可整体翻转180度，便于清理和更换胶带；
    3）电器：变频电机、配合超越离合器使本机达到高速、节能、耐用；
    4）封口及切口同步，完全无拉力，封底牢固；
    5）薄膜进给采用进口光电控制，并有调速装置，制袋准确。
     
     
     
    1、 Uses:
    This machine is used for sealing and cutting natural colour Polyethylene (PE) film and Polypropylene (PP) film to make vest bags and flat-rim bags which have been widely used for packing bags in the food industry, garment industry and textile industry, etc. And this machine can also be used for sealing, cutting and making degradable plastic bags.
     2、 Characteristics:
    This machine adopts two-layer four-wire welding to increase economic benefits and save labour with such advantages as electronic counting, automatic alarm and film feeding by photoelectric control, etc.
    It has automatic photoelectric feeding system, automatic temperature control system, electric static eliminating system, automatic counting system, alarm system and automatic transmission system, etc. It can improve the producing efficiency obviously.
