1.采用国际领先的制造工艺，端板与桶体的焊接加工均采用整体退火处理，防止焊接后的“应力变形”；利用大型镗床加工端板轴孔，确保了轴孔的同轴度的关键要求，使产品的精度得以大幅度提高，关键部件的使用寿命大大延长。
We use the total annealing process on the welding of end plate and body, to prevent the stress and deformation incurred by welding. The usage of boring lathe in shaft hole ensures the key requirement in coaxiality of holes. All these advanced manufacturing arts enhance the precision of performance and extend the life of key components greatly.
2.搅拌机的桶体表面均经过喷砂处理，除锈彻底，漆膜牢固，并采用优质耐磨漆喷涂，大大延长了漆面的使用寿命。
The surface of mixer body is sand-blasted for rust-cleaning. The coating is sprayed firmly with high-grade paint of abrasion-resistant so as to extend the lifetime of coating.
3.搅拌桶体由优质钢制成“ω”形状，搅拌桶体自身重量重，具有足够的刚度和强度保证搅拌机正常运行。

1.机顶盖检修口设有安全检测开关，形成断电安全装置，当检修口打开时自动切断电机电源，确保检修人员的人身安全。
1. There is safety switch at the inspection hatch of the hood. If the hatch is opened, the power of motor will automatically cut off to ensure the safety of inspection personnel.

搅拌机接线箱上安装了钥匙复位的紧急停止开关，可以按下开关，用以复位的钥匙则由专人保管或由维护人员随身携带，确保安全。

There is an emergency stop switch with key hole in the junction box of mixer. The key to reset will be held by the inspection personnel or authorized personnel after the switch is pressed, safety is secured.

BOD mixer is driven by advanced planetary reducers from Europe and the mixing shafts are synchronized by reducers so that the transmission is stable and smooth, the structure is compact with high efficiency upto 88-94%.

Liner We always do better
1.搅拌机的衬板和叶片均采用优质耐磨合金铸铁，具有优异的耐磨和抗冲击性能。
The liners and the paddles are made of high quality anti-wearing cast steel.
2.衬板互换性好，磨损量大的桶底和磨损量小的上部可以互换。搅拌衬板间隙错开，减少砂浆流对缝隙的冲刷，可大大延长衬板的整体寿命，正常使用下可超过60000罐次。
2. The liners are available to be changed with each other, ie, the heavily-worn liners at the bottom can be changed with those lightly-worn in the upper. The staggered gaps among liners reduces impact of slurry. All these methods extend lifetime of liners greatly. The normal lifetime of liner is more than 60,000 batches.

1.搅拌叶片呈双螺带形状，使螺旋排列的搅拌叶片形成双螺旋曲面，两轴相向转动，叶片产生的搅拌力，使搅拌时物料在保证剧烈径向运动的同时，轴向推进运动加剧，物料在搅拌桶内成沸腾状态短时间内剧烈而充分拌和，搅拌效率提高30～50％，其它结构搅拌机与之相比相去甚远。
