                1、产品介绍:          

         

                猪只品种:藏香猪,又名“人参猪”,高原特有品种,天生活泼好动,体型小而肉质优,素有香猪美名。,脂肪含量最低,猪肠最长,猪皮最薄,鬃毛最长,肉品是健康又好吃的上上等猪肉!          

         

                          

         

                2、喂养方式:          

         

                喂食:只吃纯天然优质谷物,配以农场自种的无农药化肥果树果实和青草,坚决杜绝激素危害人体健康等添加物,保证猪吃饱更吃好。          

         

                散养:每头猪每天都有2次的林中奔跑、散步,既锻炼身体,又确保健康。          

         

                生活:干净宽敞的猪舍,定时听优美的音乐,饲养人精心照料

                1 普通猪肉的营养成分           

         

                猪肉含有丰富的维他命B1。食用猪肉后可以补充体内不足的维他命B1,可以使身体有力气。但是最大的困扰是,食用过多的猪肉后,会让你更想吃东西,因此猪肉的摄取要适当。而且猪肉的脂肪含量高,即使瘦猪肉,其脂肪含量也高于瘦牛肉四倍多。猪肉为人类提供优质蛋白质和必需的脂肪酸。能改善缺铁性贫血。一般人都可食用。成年人每天80—100克就可满足一天的需要。儿童每天50克即可。          

         

                ⒈1  蛋白质          

         

                猪肉的蛋白质为完全蛋白质,因此易被人体充分利用,营养价值高,属于优质蛋白质。尤其猪皮和筋腱富含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白,女士的美容佳品。          

         

                1.2  脂类          

         

                猪肉中的脂类主要是中性脂肪和胆固醇。在畜肉中,普通猪肉的脂肪含量比较高,脂肪的组成以饱和脂肪酸为主,熔点较高。这也是猪油在较低温度下呈固态的原因。          

         

                1.3  碳水化合物          

         

                猪肉中的碳水化合物主要以糖原的形式存在于肌肉和肝脏中。          

         

                猪肉的营养非常全面,除了蛋白质、脂肪等主要营养成分外,还含有钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素和尼克酸等。猪瘦肉中还含有血红蛋白,可以起到补铁的作用,能够预防贫血。肉中的血红蛋白比植物中的更好吸收,因此,吃瘦肉补铁的效果要比吃蔬菜好。          

         

                1.4 浸出物          

         

                猪肉在烹煮时可溶解出一些成味物质,这些成味物质就是浸出物,包括含氮浸出物和非含氮浸出物。含氮浸出物包括核苷酸和嘌呤碱等。浸出物的成分与肉的风味和滋味有密切的关系,尤其是含氮浸出物的含量对肉汤厚鲜味道的影响很重要,浸出物一般可促进食欲并增加消化液的分泌,利于消化吸收。          

         

                          

         

                          

         

                2什么是高品质的猪肉          

         

                高品质的猪肉,色泽鲜艳,肉味鲜美,触摸时能感觉到猪肉的柔韧弹性;肌肉中由于含有适中的脂肪,肉的品质才表现出色香味美,鲜嫩可口,嚼而不柴;清煮明显,少血沫,长煮肉块不懈,口感好,有嚼头,肉味香等特点;不添加任何抗生素,激素,防腐剂,精神类等药物及非营养性添加剂,健康无公害;肌纤维,肌纤维数,肌内脂肪等品质指标均优于普通猪肉。
