电动观光车的主要电器部件主要有动力电池、电器控制系统、电机调速系统、驱动电机、传动系统和驱动车轮,那么这些电器部件的工作原理大家知道多少呢?小编今天就来给大家科普一下,在了解这些工作原理之后我们就能理解这些电器部件的作用是什么了,那么下面随小编一起来了解一下吧。3-D-180电池:电池是整个车辆的动力源。现在我们所用的电池均为铅酸蓄电池,它是由外壳,电解液,正极板、负极板、隔板等构成,极板的主要成分为铅,电解液为硫酸,因此这种电池称为铅酸电池。放电原理:当外电路接上负载后,在电池正\负极板之间的电位差的作用下,负极板的电子便经负载进入正极板形成电流。

同时在电池内部产生化学反应,在负极板上每个铅原子放出两个电子,变成铅正离子,同时在负极上多余电子,这些电子在电动势的作用下,将不断地经外电路流入正极而形成电流。在电解液内部,因硫酸分子的电离,便有氢正离子和酸根离子存在,便生成硫酸铅分子附着在负极上。在正极板上,由于电子自外电路进入,便于四价的铅正离子化合变成二价铅的正离子,并立即和正极板附近的酸根负离子结合在一起,生成硫酸铅分子附着在正极板上。与此同时,电解液中移向正极板的氢离子和氧离子结合,生成水。
电动游览观光车蓄电池充电原理:充电是放电的反过程。充电时,应在蓄电池的正负极板之间外接直流电源,使正负极板在放电时消耗了的活性物质还原,并把外接电源的正极电流从蓄电池的正极板流入,经电解液和负极板流回外接电源的负极。在蓄电池内部产生如下的反应:在负极板上,因获得电子,二价的铅离子被中和为铅,并以固体状态附在正极板上。在正极板上失去电子,则由电解液中位于极板附近而处于游离状态的二价铅离字不断放出两个电子来补充,当变成4价铅离子以后立刻和水中氢氧根离子结合,生成过渡状态的而且可以离解的物质和游离状的氢离子。前者又继续被分解为二氧化铅和水。

当蓄电池充电后,两极板上原来被消耗的活性物质恢复了。同时电解液中硫酸成分增加,水分减少,密度升高。因此,在实际工作中可以根据电解液的密度的变化来判断酸性电池的充电程度。控制器实际上就是一个斩波器,根据加速器的不同给定把蓄电池组的电压平滑地加到电机绕组上,从而使电机平滑地转动。控制器是整个观光车的灵魂部分,它能根据人的意愿把电池能量不多不少地传递给电机而完成加速、减速、前进、后退等动作。控制器以0-5K的输入电阻作为调速输入信号,死区下限5-500欧姆,上限4500-5000欧姆。该串励控制器有如下特性:
